Toddler Yoga Storytime
Join DownPupYoga for Toddler Yoga, a chance for our littlest yogis to explore simple yoga poses, while incorporating stories, music and playful yoga games. We will explore fine and gross motor skills, body awareness, sensory and physical exploration, social skills, and parent-child bonding with songs, stories, and movement. Paws for Reading (6 Events)
New or struggling readers in grades 1-5 are invited to sign up for a 15-minute "Paws for Reading" session with one of our local certified therapy dogs. Dogs are excellent listeners and never interrupt! The goal is to provide a non-judgmental atmosphere in which kids can read without correction or interruption and learn not just to read, but to love reading as well. A handful of books will be available, but feel free to bring one from home. Each child will have one-on-one reading time. Select an occurrence to register for:
