What do you find at the beach? Seashells, feathers, and other treasures! Explore science, math, and engineering with beachy-themed hands-on activities. Engineer a sandcastle, sort shells, and make a piece of seashell jewelry with staff from the Sloan Museum-Longway Planetarium.  Designed for children aged 4-7 yrs old with an adult. Children aged 8-12 are also welcome to attend. 

Registration required. This program will be offered at 11am, 1pm, and 3pm, so please register for a single session.

This program will be in-person at the library. If circumstances require it, the program may be changed to virtual only. Children aged 12 years and under must be accompanied by a responsible caregiver (aged 16+) who remains on the premises for the duration of the program.
