Please join us for this very special program as we learn the history of the War Dog and the very important place they hold in history. We will also learn the history of the Michigan War Dog Memorial at the corner of Milford Rd. and 11 Mile in Lyon Township. The Michigan War Dog Memorial’s mission is to continue restoration of this hallowed ground into a park setting and maintain that setting for the purpose of allowing interment of retired Military Working Dogs and retired Service Dogs.
