NOTICE OF REGULAR BOARD MEETING

LYON TOWNSHIP PUBLIC LIBRARY BOARD

October 27, 2020 at 7:00 p.m.

THE MEETING WILL BE HELD ELECTRONICALLY.

The Lyon Township Public Library Board will hold a regular meeting electronically on October 27, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. Due to the capacity restrictions and social distancing requirements set forth in the MDHHS Director's Emergency Orders and the MIOSHA Rules, the meetings will be held electronically. Electronic participation is permitted by the Open Meetings Act, as amended by 2020 PA 228. The purpose of the meeting will be to consider any business that may come before the Library Board. Pursuant to the OMA, the Library gives notice of the following:

 1. Reason for Electronic Meeting. The Board is providing Board Member participation and public participation to this meeting by electronic means due to the restrictions imposed by the MDHHS Director's Emergency Orders and MIOSHA Rules.

2. Procedures. The public may participate in the meeting electronically and may make public comment by calling in via phone or logging in to the electronic meeting via the information below. Links to the meeting can be found on the Library website.
