After a brief introduction about the history of wildlife tracking, Kathy will tell us all about the Motus Wildlife Tracking System developed by Birds Canada (motus.org). This system is developed around automated radio telemetry and a network of antenna throughout the US and the world. HVAS hosts an antenna detecting birds that come through our area.
