Oh No, There's Been An Oil Spill! Water is one of earth’s most precious natural resources. See how pollution affects living things and their habitats as we try to clean up a simulated oil spill. Explore this and other forms of pollution and what we can do to protect the earth’s water with staff from Sloan Museum-Longway Planetarium. Designed for children aged 8-12 yrs old. Teens are also welcome to attend. 

Registration required. This program will be offered at 1:00pm, 3:00pm, and 5:15pm, so please register for a single session.

This program will be in-person at the library. If circumstances require it, the program may be changed to virtual only. Children aged 12 years and under must be accompanied by a responsible caregiver (aged 16+) who remains on the premises for the duration of the program.
