Join Ms. Theresa for Toddler Yoga, a chance for our littlest yogis to explore simple yoga poses, while incorporating stories, music and playful yoga games. We will explore fine and gross motor skills, body awareness, sensory and physical exploration, social skills, and parent-child bonding with songs, stories, and movement. Designed for children ages 0 - 4 yrs old and their grownup. Registration is required. Bring a mat or a beach towel if you have one; a limited number of extra mats will be available for those without.
