Virtual All-Levels Flow with All Seasons Yoga & Fitness

This event is offered both virtually and in person. Please register for the session which you would prefer. Registration for the in-person session can be found here.

We will flow through yoga poses, focusing on strength, flexibility, breath, and balance. All levels are welcome, modifications will be offered.

Participants will need a yoga mat (or towel) and water.

Autumn from All Seasons Yoga & Fitness is an E-RYT 200 (experienced registered yoga teacher). She has been teaching yoga and fitness since 2015 and has been practicing for much longer.
