After a brief introduction about the history of wildlife tracking, Kathy focus on the Motus Wildlife Tracking System developed by Birds Canada (Motus.org). The system is developed around automated radio telemetry and a network of antenna through out the US and the world. HVAS hosts an antenna detecting birds that come through our area.
